North Wales packs more variety into a small area than almost anywhere in the UK. In a single afternoon you can go from a busy seaside promenade to a quiet beach backed by dunes, or from a market town to the foot of Yr Wyddfa. It’s also close to the North West and the Midlands, which is why so many people choose it for a holiday home they’ll actually use.
We have static caravans and lodges for sale at parks right across the region. On the coast you’ll find us in Prestatyn, Rhyl, Towyn, Abergele, Talacre, near Conwy and Barmouth, with Snowdon View in the mountains. If you’d rather be inland, Eryl Hall near St Asaph and Woodlands Hall near Ruthin offer quieter countryside settings with the coast still within easy reach.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most from people looking at caravans for sale in North Wales.
Where in North Wales do you have caravans for sale?
Along the coast we have parks in Prestatyn, Rhyl, Towyn, Abergele, Talacre and Penmaenmawr near Conwy, plus three parks near Barmouth. Inland there’s Snowdon View near Llanberis, Eryl Hall near St Asaph and Woodlands Hall near Ruthin. Each location has its own page with the parks, current stock and local information.
Are site fees the same at every park?
No. Site fees depend on the park, its facilities and season length, and on the position of your pitch. We’ll always give you the exact figure for the pitch you’re interested in, and it’s worth checking our ownership offers for current deals.
Can I buy a static caravan in North Wales on finance?
Yes. We work with approved lenders so you can spread the cost, subject to status, with packages from £248 a month and deposits from £5,000. Our finance options page has the details.
How long are the seasons at your North Wales parks?
It depends on the park, from 7½ months up to a full 12. Caerelwan near Barmouth and St Mary’s Lodge Park in Prestatyn are open all year, and most of our coastal parks have a 10½ month season. Holiday homes are for holiday use only, so you’ll need a permanent address elsewhere.
Which North Wales parks are owners-only?
Abbeyffordd, Eryl Hall, Kingsley, Lyndale, Mounds, Point of Ayr, St Mary’s Lodge Park and Terfyn Pella are all owners-only, so there are no holiday hire guests. They tend to be quieter, with a strong sense of community among owners.
